Fevrier

This is the month of love, mostly attributed to the charismatic holiday, Valentine's Day. Well, I think in order to honor this affectionate time, my posts will be on LOVE. Most of you reading are Christians, so I just want to warn you ahead of time- what I will be posting, describing, musing on is not necessarily the profound, unconditional, immense love gifted and demonstrated through God. I will be taking a more superficial approach. I will be portraying various attributes of tangible, human love. Attributes such as affection, complication, poetry, imagination, analysis, and romance. The ultimate goal I have in this is not to persuade anyone in one direction or another on love, it is simply to have fun, get in touch with that emotional side, and hopefully, get more people reading my stuff. If I don't write, I tend to explode, so I figure the more I do so, the less chance I have of ending in ruin. J'adore <3

This will involve a lot of music, lyrics, poetry, and short stories. To kick off, I'm sharing this video and lyrics... C'mere by Interpol. Its about "falling in love" with the wrong person. Who hasn't done that before? haha, all is angst when you're a teen like me C:

It's way too late to be this locked inside ourselves
The trouble is that you're in love with someone else
It should be me. Oh, it should be me
Sacred parts, your get aways
You come along on summer days
Tenderly, tastefully

And so may, we make time
Try to find somebody else
This place is mine

You said today, you know exactly how I feel
I had my doubts little girl
I'm in love with something real
It could be me, that's changing!

And so may, we make time
To try and find somebody else
Who has a line

Now season with health
Two lovers walk a lakeside mile
Try pleasing with stealth, rodeo
See what stands long ending fast

Oh, how I love you
And in the evening, when we are sleeping
We are sleeping. Oh, we are sleeping

And so may, we make time
We try to find somebody else
Who has a line

Now season with health
Two lovers walk a lakeside mile
Try pleasing with stealth, rodeo
See what stands long ending fast
